"The sun is about to set on this summer." So thank you for continuing to call Hampton Garden your home! Before the heat goes away we have planned many fun, "Cool" and delicious activities for you this month! First we start off with "Treat's at the Pool" Saturday, September 4th & 18th. So come by the Clubhouse and enjoy a cold treat on us! "Breakfast-To-Go" Thursday, September 9th. your wonderful staff here at Hampton Garden will be handing out a delicious continental breakfast at the gate. See you there! "Dinner is served!" Tuesday, September 14th at 4:00pm. So come by the Clubhouse and enjoy Dinner On Us! See your here! Also starting Monday, September 13th the annual "Book Exchange" will begin and run through Thursday, September 30th. So come by the Clubhouse and exchange a gently used book for another one or two or three! And remember reading is "FUN-damentle!" See you here!

Community Reminders:
*Please make sure your guests are parking in uncovered spaces only. All vehicles must be registered and in running condition. Working on cars in the parking lot is prohibited.
*When driving through the community, please remember that the speed limit is 5 miles per hour.
*Please make sure you do not bring any type of glass cups, bottles or containers to the pool area. Lately we have had a significant increase in the amount of glass beer bottles being consumed in the pool area. This is a violation of community policy as well as a health code violation! We don't need to tell what would happen if just one of these glass bottles where to be broken. So please do your part to keep our pools safe!
*Remember "Quiet Time" starts at 10:00 pm. This community policy is enforced in all Hampton Garden's common areas. Violators will be fined.
*Remember to always pick up after your pets. We appreciate residents reporting this to the office and also with trying to keep Hampton Garden looking beautiful!
*Pest control is available on Friday's. Please call the office for a complimentary preventative spray.
*Remember to always change your A/C filter every three months or less. It will help your A/C unit work better, and could reduce your electric bill as well. You may pick one up at the Leasing Office free of charge. And if for some reason you are unable to change the filter yourself? Please call us and we will gladly install it for you.
